Country Breakfast on the Farm - Shea Dairy Inc.

Kick off Rochesterfest with a country breakfast on the farm. Enjoy pancakes, sausage, milk, juice, cheese and coffee by “Chris Cakes”. This family event with a long-time dairy family includes: horse-drawn wagon rides and educational agricultural displays and exhibits. There will be restrooms with handicap access.
Take a FREE bus ride to the Shea Dairy and back from Century High School/National Volleyball Center. The first bus is at 6:15 and the last bus to the farm leaves at 10:45am. There will also be on-site parking for those who choose to drive to the farm.
Adults-$7, kids 5-12- $5, children under 5- free
2023 Juneteenth Celebration

As the summer approaches, the Rochester Branch of the NAACP and the community are excited about the Juneteenth Celebration 2022, the annual celebration of freedom held in Rochester. The community is invited to come out to the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park on Saturday, June 18th, from 12 noon to 5 p.m. for the event! Come out and celebrate freedom with the Branch and the community!

Farm Fest
Join us on Saturday, June 17th from 4-8pm at Rochester Covenant Church, 4950 31st Ave NW for Food, Art, Recreation, and Music Festival (FARM Fest), an annual event hosted by The Village Agricultural Cooperative! This is an event for all of us to share the cross-cultural experience as we build community, share customs and cultural connections, and learn about healthy living. This fundraising event is free to attend. There will be various musical performances including DJ Zoo and Push and Turn, a silent auction, cooking demos (with samples!), art activities, and various food vendors.
The Village Farmers Market
The Village Farmer’s Market begins its second season at The History Center of Olmsted County,1195 W Circle Dr, on Tuesdays from 4-7pm starting June 6th and going through October 24th. You will find fresh produce, culturally relevant foods, baked goods, preserves and crafts! Each week will feature a variety of local musicians, chef demo's, food trucks, live painting, and more! We represent farmers from around the globe, and promise that you will have a unique experience that represents SE Minnesota's diverse community.
